The Person
We are seeking an astute graduate or junior who has qualifications in mechatronics, electrical or computer engineering that enjoys developing custom software programs. Experience with C, C++, Linux, QT, device drivers, motion profiling, custom protocols and assemblers is not essential. 
 
The Role
As part of our Product Development team you will be required to design and implement control systems provide global technical support, and use your innovative abilities to ensure market edge. Travel at short notice is required and in-house training will be provided.
 
You must have permissions to work in Australia as sponsorship is not provided, and be fluent in English. Second languages are very welcomed. Exposure to the food or packaging industries is desirable. Remuneration $50K plus.

Technical Support – Engineer or Technician

The Person
tna seeks a team member who has electrical qualifications (technical or degree level) with at least 3 years field experience. Must be competent in industrial electronic theory and schematics, have a mechanical aptitude, be methodical and well organised. The successful team member will be able to develop, build and maintain strong relationship with co-workers, suppliers and clients. Must have a valid passport and be able to read & speak English. Spanish is desirable.
 
The Role
The role includes carrying out installations, commissioning and maintenance of tna manufactured equipment including comprehensive training to clients in operating and basic maintenance. Ongoing first, second and third level support to clients is expected plus working closely with Sales and Project Managers to ensure client needs are delivered, worldwide. Extensive international travel at short notice will be required and in-house training will be provided. Remuneration is negotiable.

Product Development Engineer

The Person
tna seeks a team member who is trade or degree qualified mechanical engineer, with sound knowledge of manufacturing techniques, stress/strain, vibration, pneumatics and hydraulics. You will have at least 5 years experience in designing for the food industry or equivalent, be highly proficient in producing engineering drawings within AutoCAD, Inventor using Vault. You will possess excellent communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and capable of making important decisions whilst ensuring the daily activities of the business continue.
 
The Role
This is a challenging role responsible for the design, implementation and testing of tna’s equipment, focusing on the development of seasoning systems using oil and slurry, including providing technical support and troubleshoot challenging customer request.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for an entire product range, plus daily maintenance and improvement of standard equipment including drawing and Bill of Material control within a typical release control structure. The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential. Domestic and international travel is required at times.
Depending on experience, you will be compensated £35K plus.

Web Developer / Sharepoint Specialist

The Person
tna seeks an accomplished web developer with experience and specialised knowledge of developing web sites, intranets and portals. Demonstrated technical competence and proficiency using Sharepoint 2010 is essential including experience with web parts, info paths, workflows and custom applications. You must be able to produce a standard IT development methodology and present the development brief clearly in plain language.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands on development experience with SharePoint 2010.
 
The Role
This is a project based role, initially responsible for the planning, implementation, on-going management, content updates and improvement of tna’s communication platform. It includes our external website and mobile sites (in 9 different languages) to be re-energized and established in HTML together with our intranet, customer, supplier, agents/distributor sites/portals. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility.

Software Engineer - tna Europe

tna seeks a team member who has experience in special purpose software design and programming using PLC environments, with basic understanding of electrical systems. You will possess excellent communication skills and want to work in a collaborative atmosphere. Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
 
The Role
The role is responsible for design, implementation and testing of control systems housed within tna’s packaging and distribution equipment, commissioning the software components at client sites and providing technical support & troubleshooting.
