It combines microprocessor technology with the principles of continuous rotary motion to achieve higher operating speeds and reduce wastage. The tna robag® 3ci uses computer-controlled servo motors to synchronise between the film feed, rotary jaw position, product dump timing, date code position and other machine functions. This allows for greater control of the packaging process, and ensures high integrity of the bag seals, as well as optimal presentation of the packaged product. The tna robag® 3ci can be seamlessly integrated with other equipment such as multi-head scales, Metal Detectors, date coders, bag collators, inserters, string-bag separators as well as seasoning and product distribution systems.
