We’re excited to introduce the new continuous gas sampler which provides you with complete peace of mind for gas control systems ? in other words, it’s your piece of quality assurance.Checking oxygen levels is vital to ensure optimal product quality and avoid any stoppages. Performing this process manually is, however, very time consuming. But we know you still need to be able to process products quickly and efficiently to meet consumer demand as well as achieving your production goals. These include product throughput and increased energy savings. tna’s innovative continuous gas sampler can be easily integrated into the tna robag packaging system. The on-line gas analyser also offers immediate flow control, which typically reduces gas consumption by 25% to 35%. Thanks to its specially adapted former, it continuously monitors the residual oxygen level in every package.
