The award, presented by PKN Packaging News, celebrates Nadia’s exceptional leadership, pioneering innovation and unwavering commitment to the packaging industry—both in Australia and globally. Since co-founding TNA Solutions in 1982 with her husband Alf Taylor, Nadia has helped revolutionise food packaging through groundbreaking technologies like the tna robag®—the world’s first rotary, high-speed vertical form-fill-seal system. Today, TNA operates in over 130 countries, with more than 16,000 systems installed, delivering complete processing and packaging line solutions across the food manufacturing industry.
Beyond her business achievements, Nadia has been a passionate advocate for social justice and equal opportunities. Through the Nadia and Alf Taylor Foundation, she has spearheaded philanthropic initiatives supporting children’s education, creating sustainable livelihoods for women, driving vocational training and empowerment in disadvantaged communities across 46 countries from Africa
to Asia Pacific. Within TNA, she has fostered a culture of inclusion and meritocracy, empowering women to thrive in traditionally male-dominated sectors.
“It is an incredible honour to receive this recognition from PKN,” said Nadia Taylor. “This award is not only a personal milestone but a testament to the dedication of the entire TNA team, and the trust of our customers around the world. I’m proud of how far women in our industry have come, and I remain committed to supporting the next generation of leaders.”
