Marianne Dsouza is responsible for the planning, creation and implementation of all People & Culture strategies globally including providing operational and generalist human resource guidance, advice & support to our global teams. She has nearly 23 years of Human Resource Management experience, where she started off her career from an HR management trainee to a senior HR practitioner and now contributing to TNA as a trusted HR business advisor.

Prior to joining TNA, Marianne occupied various Human Resources positions within several global organisations and brings her diverse industry knowledge in having worked for companies like Axalta Coating Systems Australia (Previous Dupont), RS Components (Australia), Canon ( Australia) & HSBC (Middle East).

Marianne is a CAHRI from the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) & has a Master’s Degree in HR from Pune University, India.
