tna REACHES NSW EXPORT AWARD FINALS

Sydney, Australia (6th October, 2011): tna has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Premier’s prestigious NSW Export Award by The Australian Institute of Export. One of just four firms to be placed in the ‘Large Advanced Manufacturer’ category, tna owes this latest accolade to its dedicated service and continued innovation within the global food packaging industry.

“We’re thrilled to be nominated” said Shayne De la Force, Group Marketing Manager, tna Australia. “Recognition of our exporting achievements by respected national not-for-profit and governmental bodies is the ultimate third party endorsement.”

The Australian Institute of Export (AIEx) and NSW Trade & Investment work closely with the private sector to drive the development of Australian resources internationally. Ian Murray, Executive Director of AIEx, comments on the success: “Good profitability flows from having a sound sustainable export business. Many [finalists] have faced strong competition, a difficult business environment and a rising dollar.”

Winners will be announced on 20th October at Le Montage, Lilyfield, where Australia’s most successful exporters will receive their award in the presence of The Hon Barry O'Farrell MP.
