tna, leading provider of processing and packaging solutions, has expanded its North American service team with the appointment of Gus Papageorge as senior project manager. Customers in the region can benefit from enhanced project management and engineering assistance throughout the installation process. This latest appointment reinforces tna’s capabilities as a single source provider of turnkey solutions and services that delivers customers an on-time, on-budget, high quality installation that is stress-free, from start to finish.
Gus Papageorge is based at tna’s Dallas office where he is currently working closely with North American customers, taking complete ownership of individual projects. From sale activities and design, to system performance, monitoring, client liaison, installation and project closure, Gus and the team are the main point of contact and provide ongoing specialist project management support. This includes bringing the very latest digital software to customers that enables 3D design layouts of equipment, significantly facilitating the pre-building process and keeping downtime to an absolute minimum during installation.
Academically trained at Cameron University, Gus brings a wealth of experience in turnkey material handling systems for a broad range of industries. Previously, he specialised in systems design, sales and project management working with end users directly, and as an integrator for packaging and processing equipment suppliers. These roles have helped Gus to form strategic business partnerships with industry leading manufacturers and build dynamic business models, making him the perfect candidate for the role. His strong background in the conveying sector will also bring additional skills and knowledge to the North American service team.
“I’m excited to be part of the team here at tna North America. With the recent acquisition of FOODesign and Florigo, it goes without saying that projects are becoming larger and increasingly more complex for customers. Therefore, putting a solid project management structure in place is essential to guarantee high service levels for our customers across the region,” comments Gus.
Patrick Avelange, general manager – Americas at tna, says: “The North American market is constantly evolving with the product and output demands ever more exacting. Manufacturers therefore need guidance on how to address ever-changing industry trends and challenges. It’s one of tna’s top priorities to provide our customers with the support they need in monitoring the success of their existing production line, recommend improvements and updates, so creating new exciting opportunities for their businesses.”
Avelange adds: “Gus will further strengthen our world-class project management team. He has the complete 360-degree knowledge required to be the face of our expanded service offering in the region. We’re really excited to welcome Gus to the team.”
