Leading processing and packaging provider showcases 360-degree capabilities, including completely interactive experience
tna stand #2 E6, CFIA Rennes, Park Expo, Rennes Airport, 8-10 March, 2016
For the fifth year in a row, leading processing and packaging equipment manufacturer, tna, will exhibit at this year’s CFIA Rennes, the premier food processing expo in France. tna brings a complete line of solutions via the all new tna Innovation Station, a fully interactive experience where visitors can explore tna’s 360-degree capabilities. Visitors can discover all of the features, benefits and specifications for individual pieces of tna equipment. They can even zoom in for a more detailed view, pan out for an entire production line overview and watch product videos.
Alongside on-stand product demonstrations including the tna intelli-flav OMS 5 and the new hands on Innovation Station, visitors will have the opportunity to engage with tna global experts Julien Amiaud and James Hosford, to learn more about the integrated solutions tna provides.
Julien Amiaud, regional sales manager at tna comments: “We are very excited to be back at CFIA Rennes this year showcasing our ever-expanding line of complete turnkey solutions, along with our new Innovation Station. France is an important growth market for tna and CFIA Rennes offers us the opportunity to demonstrate the depth and breadth of the tna product line and industry sectors we serve.”
Integrated turnkey solutions
On display will be tna’s intelli-flav® OMS 5, the revolutionary on-machine seasoning (OMS) application offering consistent coverage and flavour for both wet and dry seasoning. Fully integrated with both oil spray and favour injection systems, the tna OMS system provides total control of adhesion and fast flavour changes for snack lines, resulting in less waste of oil and seasoning and reduced downtime between product changeovers.
The tna intelli-flav OMS 5 features a responsive variable mass seasoning system with dynamic vibratory weigher to directly control oil spray and powder flow into the drum. This offers a more accurate, proportional amount of seasoning to be evenly applied to the product, improving coverage and flavour dispersion, meaning a higher quality end product enabling customers to remain competitive in the marketplace. Guests will be able to experience the full benefits of the tna intelli-flav OMS 5 first-hand, and understand how it integrates seamlessly with other machines to provide tna’s 360-degree capabilities.
The versatility offered by the tna intelli-flav OMS 5 will be clearly demonstrated on stand, while tna experts can discuss in detail how the machines can be customised in markets outside of the snack industry including frozen meat and dry products, such as baked snacks, cereals, nuts and legumes.
tna will also present its comprehensive controls integration and SCADA reporting technology in addition to its extensive range of site support, full project management and training services.
