tna APPOINTS NEW GENERAL MANAGER TO ENHANCE ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN LATIN AMERICA

Leading processing and packaging solutions provider appoints new general manager to support growing customer base in the Latin American region.

tna, a leading food processing and packaging solutions provider, is pleased to announce the promotion of Thiago Roriz to the new position of general manager for Latin America. Over the last four years, Thiago played an active role in growing the tna customer base in the region – since opening the Brazil office in 2013. With his in-depth knowledge of the Latin American market and tna’s extensive product portfolio, customers and prospects have an experienced specialist who is dedicated to providing them with the right modular solutions to meet their business objectives.

Patrick Avelange, general manager – Americas: “We’re thrilled to see Thiago taking up this new role of general manager for the Latin American region. His willingness to enhance customer service and improve relationships across the region will serve him well in this new role.”

Avelange adds: “Thiago’s career at tna started as a project manager in Australia. Since then, he has gained invaluable knowledge of tna’s fast-growing products and services, as well as the tna culture, enabling him to meet industry challenges head on. Thiago and his team of experts work closely with our Latin American customers, from the very first stages of a project until completion, delivering high quality installations on time and on-budget, no matter where they are based.”

Commenting on his appointment, Thiago said: “I’m delighted to take on the position of general manager for Latin America. Such a booming market opens up an array of opportunities for manufacturers. And with our new facility in Mexico, that includes a state-of-the-art demonstration centre, our customers can now benefit from unparalleled support and knowledge to help them grow their businesses and remain competitive.”

Roriz continues: “The Latin American food industry is evolving at a rapid pace. Companies are increasingly looking to maximise performance of their entire production line whilst minimising costs, and tna is perfectly placed to provide customised solutions to fit individual requirements across the region.”

Thiago now assumes responsibility for all Latin American operations and is based in the Mexico office.
