Leading processing and packaging solutions supplier responds to growth in Asia with the addition of three new team members

Bangkok, Thailand, 20 September 2016tna, a leading food processing and packaging supplier, has expanded its team in Asia with the appointments of a new customer service and logistics coordinator, project manager and technical support engineer. With a diverse range of skills and over 30 years’ experience of the Asian market between them, the three newcomers Saiphon Kunta, Jenwich Mitravijarn and Chalothorn Permjaras will provide tna’s customers in the Asia Pacific region with the right modular solutions and support to meet their business objectives. These latest appointments demonstrate tna’s confidence in the Asian market and reinforce its capabilities as a single source provider of turnkey solutions and services, providing customers with high quality installations that are on-time, on-budget and stress-free, from start to finish.

With an extensive background in customer facing roles in the logistics and engineering industries, Saiphon joins tna as customer service and logistics coordinator. In her new role, Saiphon will build and maintain effective internal and external relationships and work closely with Business Services to provide complete system accuracy.

Jenwich has been in project-focused roles for more than 15 years and has experience of managing both processing and packaging projects across Asia. As project manager, Jenwich will regularly communicate with tna’s customers and suppliers in the region to provide complete project management solutions, from recommending the best equipment for their production facilities to assisting with system performance, monitoring, client liaison, installation and project closure.

Speaking on his appointment, Jenwich said: “I’m very excited to be part of a well-established and dynamic company such as tna. Chalothorn brings a wealth of experience in customer service and support-orientated roles. He will be utilising his knowledge of the processing and packaging industry in his new role as technical support engineer to carry out installations and support customers with maintenance and ongoing service. In addition, Chalothorn will provide clients with comprehensive training in the operation and basic maintenance of tna equipment and offer full support to project managers prior to, during and post installation.
