The perfect pair for its steam peeling counterpart, the tna ultra-peel ODC 3 is a dry de-skinning system with a difference. Using centrifugal technology, it peels off loosened root vegetable skin with minimal product loss. It even has an optional wet section for washing after peeling and helps to keep your maintenance costs low.
