Unique Solutions PouchPlus 1000
Unique Solutions PouchPlus ® 1000 is your ultimate performance inserter for 2D, 3D inserts and pouches. Cantilevered, food-grade, rubber-faced feed belts keep product away from drive system and allow easy clean-up. The Unique Solutions PouchPlus ® 1000’s design allows simple conversion from left to right-handed operation. Brushless, servo-driven, PAC-controlled system delivers accurate and reliable inserting or placement by bursting individual pieces from a continuous, perforated bandolier.
Handle just about any type of overwrapped, flat/2D or 3D insert (scoops, condiments, seasoning, toys) and dry/liquid filled pouches (up to 50.8mm/2″ thickness)
Insert at speeds up to 750 pieces per minute to match your production line speeds, with an accuracy rate of 99.9%
Integrate into horizontal or vertical production lines using 360 degree mounting, swing arm options or freestanding, movable stands
Fit into areas with limited space thanks to a compact design, reducing production line interference (WxLxH) (399x386x287mm / 15.7×15.2×11.3in.)
