Operating 24 hours a day, six days a week, and producing over 100 SKUs across multiple pack formats, Burts needed a solution that delivered both speed and flexibility without compromising product quality.

TNA Solutions provided Burts Snacks with an integrated high-speed seasoning and packaging upgrade. The line includes the tna intelli-flav® OMS 5 on-head seasoning system, a ninth tna robag® VFFS packaging solution, and integration with twin tna roflo® HM distribution lines. This setup delivers precise, above-pack seasoning, rapid changeovers in under three minutes, seamless bag size flexibility, and the world’s shortest vertical product transfer to minimise rejects and maximise output - giving Burts the speed, efficiency, and reliability required to scale.
