Plus, with a multi-flow oil injection system and automatic temperature control, the tna conti-proPC 3 allows you to adjust your frying process quickly and easily for consistent potato chip texture and quality.

A continuous frying system with a difference – the tna conti-proPC 3 incorporates a four-belt design to handle a wide range of pellets and product shapes. The first belt transports products carefully, the second removes oil using a tumbling method, and the third ensures any remaining oil is drained away. This technique enables consistent product flow for even frying to produce high-quality products, while minimising oil turnover.

Designed for processing small products, including moong dal and chana dal, the tna conti-proPEL 3 is a continuous frying system with a difference. Incorporating a unique transport belt and frying pan, the system ensures quick, yet gentle handling and frying for excellent quality, while reducing product losses.
