Preziosi Food needed a complete solutions partner to deliver a step-change in production capacity across its fryer-to-pack potato snack line within a short amount of time frame. Producing more than 300 SKUs spanning potato chips, pellets and extruded snacks, the company required a solution that could be implemented without disrupting production, while upholding its commitment to producing high-quality snacks under the strictest food safety and process control standards.

TNA delivered a fully integrated fryer-to-pack potato snack line, anchored by a high-performance continuous fryer with opti-flow® oil circulation technology. By improving heat distribution and oil-to-product contact, the fryer ensured more consistent cooking and a crunchier snack overall. Combined with the intelli-flav® OMS 5.1 seasoning system, advanced distribution, and packaging, the new line increased capacity by 76% - from 850 kg/hr to 1,500 kg/hr - in just 12 months, reduced waste, and gave Preziosi the flexibility to expand production and accommodate future growth, while strengthening its competitive edge and securing long-term business continuity.
